These terms apply to use of the Berry Roasters website and to orders placed through it. The online store is operated by Berry Coffee Trading L.L.C.; privacy and order questions can be sent to info@berryroasters.com. Separate product, delivery and preorder details shown at checkout or on a product page also apply.
Products, prices and orders
Product availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. B2C product prices include 5% VAT; delivery is shown separately at checkout. For B2B, 5% VAT is calculated separately and the order summary shows the final amount. UAE delivery is AED 25 below AED 200 and free at AED 200 or more. B2B orders may be submitted for admin handling; any available online payment option is shown in the partner portal. Orders are subject to the stock and confirmation details shown when placed.
Website and account use
Provide accurate account and delivery information, protect your sign-in credentials and use the website lawfully. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Delivery, cancellation and legal rights
Delivery availability, charges and any customs information are presented for the destination during checkout when available. Cancellation, refund and product-specific preorder terms are described in the corresponding policy and product/order details. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subscriptions
Where a subscription is offered, the page shows the coffee, delivery frequency, recurring amount and discount before you enroll. Billing is charged automatically to the payment method provided. Frequencies are weekly, every two weeks or monthly, with a 10% discount. You can pause, skip the next delivery, swap the coffee or cancel from your account. Changes affecting the next charge must be made at least 12 hours before it. If a payment fails, the system retries up to three times over three days and pauses the subscription if all attempts fail. UAE subscription delivery is AED 25 below AED 200 and free at AED 200 or more.
Preorders
A preorder is available only during the sale window shown on its product page. The page shows the closing date, available quantity, roasting date and dispatch date; the administrator can adjust suggested dates and the published dates apply. The full order amount is charged when the preorder is placed. Stock is reserved after payment is confirmed. If cancellation is accepted before roasting begins, 100% of the preorder payment is refunded and reserved stock is released. UAE preorder delivery is AED 25 below AED 200 and free at AED 200 or more.
